Beagles ~ North Dartmoor Beagles
A fantastic way to enjoy our beautiful countryside off-the-beaten track. Old and young can follow on foot or in vehicles. Meets are twice weekly from September to March with social events throughout the year.

Morecare is a registered charity that provides a range of services to the patients of the Moretonhampstead Health Centre and Hospital.
 
The services we offer include:
prescription collection, befriending, wheelchair walking, dog walking, carer support, transport, sitting, listening.
 
We rely entirely upon the generosity of volunteers to offer these services. The more volunteers we have, the better and broader service we will try to provide.

Parenting
This is a group for all parents - whether single, or a couple. Grandparents, teachers, child minders, etc. are also welcome.
 
The idea is to give you a chance to find ways to become a happier parent and have happier children. No one will be preaching or telling you how to bring up your children you will find encouragement and respect for your own ideas.
 
Each week a short video will be shown and there will be a chance to talk about typical family situations in twos and threes. You will also find many practical ideas in the attractive, simply written handbook supplied as part of the programme. It will cost £8 per course including the cost of your course book. There will be a free crèche available for the afternoon groups.
